Possessing an acute awareness of immediate needs and overarching objectives, Ali specializes in orchestrating the expansion of products and the amplification of success for these brands. Dr. Tom Bell is the Regulatory Engagement Manager within the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon, overseeing the engagement strategy with EU and UK regulators. After earning his Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Leicester in England, Tom has specialized in product safety for over a decade, including roles with the Consumer Group Which? and the UK product safety regulator, Office for Product Safety and Standards. Since joining Amazon nearly two years ago, he has led efforts to improve relationships with regulators, advocating to ensure new or revised regulations benefit both businesses and consumers. Based in London, Tom lives with his wife and daughter, and enjoys watching sports in his free time.

Tessa Blumenthal is the Senior Director of Operations at GO, a lifelong Washington resident, and an e-commerce professional with 12 years of experience specializing in shipping to Amazon. Drawing on her background as a former Amazon employee, she has extensive knowledge on how to avoid fines, reduce fees, and optimize your inbound shipping to fulfillment centers.

As a Senior Product Manager for Grade and Resell, Kylee Brown oversees the strategy for used Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) products and returns. After graduating from the University of Washington, Kylee joined Amazon as a dispute analyst for wholesale liquidations. She then transitioned into product management, working in both customer return fraud and returns liquidation. With over seven years of experience, Kylee is committed to developing product strategies that create meaningful experiences for selling partners in our store. Originally from Seattle, she now lives in New York. When she's not working, you can find her reading or running marathons.

Joy Chang is the Director of Selling Partner Support at Amazon, managing the product, technology, and editorial teams that power the features and tools selling partners use to contact support and resolve issues. Joy began her career in finance before earning her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Since joining Amazon 12 years ago, Joy has held a number of different roles focused on building customer experiences in our store. Last year, Joy transitioned to Selling Partner Services to improve the support experience for selling partners. She currently lives in Bellevue, Washington with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, creating art in different mediums, and running.

Eric Chung is the Senior Manager of Global Sponsored Products Marketing at Amazon Ads. After eight years working in finance in the consumer packaged goods industry, Eric joined Amazon in 2017 to focus on international retail expansion. In 2019, he moved to Amazon Ads as a marketing leader, where he and his team help advertisers grow their businesses with Sponsored Products. Born in Korea, Eric has lived on three continents, giving him a global perspective. Outside of work, he enjoys going to Seattle coffee shops for a cold brew.

Mitch Clayton leads Business Development and Go-to-Market Strategy for Ships in Product Packaging at Amazon.

Lauren Corby is a Senior Technology Business Development Manager at Amazon, where she focuses on helping technology providers and agencies scale their Amazon Ads business to meet the needs of advertisers. Lauren spearheads product-based partnerships, assisting brands in bringing their creative vision to the shopper experience. Previously, she spent a decade at Nielsen, holding roles in technology, product, and global partnerships, and was the primary inventor of four technology and data science patents. Leveraging her passion for emerging technologies, including geospatial engineering, identity resolution, and generative artificial intelligence (AI), Lauren has built transformative partnerships with some of the largest advertising channels. Based in New York, she keeps busy restoring an 1800s home with her husband, Chris, and their two pugs.

As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, Lauren Coury leads the overall user experience within the A+ Content Manager. Since joining Amazon in 2019, Lauren has focused on improving the experience around Amazon's selling partner compliance policy. As part of the A+ Content program, Lauren has spearheaded the launch of Premium A+ Content on Seller Central, driven global expansion, and implemented automated improvements to help brands scale their A+ Content creation. Outside of work, she is a competitive runner who enjoys exploring the mountains.

Stephen has been the Chief Technology Officer at Jungle Scout since 2021, enhancing its platform for a new generation of Amazon sellers. Before joining Jungle Scout, he was the Director of Software Development at Amazon, overseeing programs like Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and technology teams for the dropshipping business. He helped launch over 120 seller features, introduced FBA in nine countries, and co-invented the patent for Seller Fulfilled Prime technology. Originally from Edmonton, Canada, he now lives in Seattle, WA.

Andrew DiSarno is an 8 year Amazonian and currently leads the Business Development and Account Management functions of the Western Region with Amazon Shipping. Andrew is one of the initial members of the US Amazon Shipping sales team and hired the US Business Development team in 2023 to launch Amazon Shipping. Prior to joining Amazon Shipping in late 2022, Andrew led the in-stock management, pricing, and vendor management functions of the Amazon subsidiary fabric.com.

Rahul Dua is a Product Lead for Amazon's Custom Quote Engine (CQE). In this role, Rahul oversees the overall product strategy for Amazon Business's quoting program. After earning his MBA from Duke University, Rahul joined Amazon as a senior product manager focused on improving the customer experience for CQE. Over the past two years, Rahul has helped grow CQE by launching features that accelerate customer adoption and expanding the program into Europe, Japan, and India. With over eight years of experience in the B2B space, Rahul's product acumen continues to drive meaningful growth for Amazon Business and selling partners. Originally from India, he now lives in Seattle with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Sarah DuBois is a Senior Manager at Amazon, overseeing the product direction for buyer abuse prevention. While Sarah has been an Amazonian for more than nine years, she’s spent more than six of those years within the world of abuse prevention working to safeguard brands, sellers, and buyers. She is passionate about keeping Amazon safe for customers and selling partners alike. Sarah lives in Seattle with her husband and two very active children.

Marc Girdlestone is a Senior Product Manager at Veeqo, an Amazon company. For the past six years as a Product Manager, he has developed solutions that help ecommerce businesses streamline operations across channels like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart. During this time, Marc spearheaded the launch of Veeqo's Digital Picking tool to improve warehouse picking accuracy and speed. He also played a key role in the release of Veeqo's US shipping product, which automatically selects the cheapest carrier rate meeting delivery promise. Originally from London, Marc is now based in Wales with his two children, and enjoys spending his free time helping them build Lego robots. He is passionate about optimizing multi-channel ecommerce through innovative software.

Jordan Greenberg is a Business Development Manager in the global logistics division of Amazon, based in New York City. For the past 4 years, Jordan has been a key part of the team responsible for expanding Amazon's worldwide delivery network and capabilities. In his current role, he works closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and develop innovative solutions by leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys gardening and is also an avid traveler, having visited dozens of countries around the world.

In 2022, Abel joined the Amazon Freight team to lead the Full Truck Load Inbound Account Management team. Since then, Abel and his team have helped enhance Amazon Freight’s capabilities by focusing on the customer’s needs and expectations. Putting the customer first has allowed for sustainable growth while creating an environment where the customer feels empowered to raise concerns and provide constructive feedback. Prior to Amazon, Abel served in the United States Marine Corps, retiring after 20 years.

As a Product Manager at Amazon, Ashish Gupta leads product development initiatives that support Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) sellers improve their performance and grow their business. After earning his MBA from Vanderbilt University, Ashish joined Amazon in its Pathways Leadership Development Program. Marcus Gverzdys leads global new business efforts at Perpetua, a software tool helping thousands of the world’s smartest brands and agencies grow on marketplaces through best in class performance tools, strategies and expertise. Prior to Pepretua, Marcus assumed a strategic role at Info-Tech Research Group guiding brands and government agencies through their enterprise application procurement process, working through the requirement gathering process to application selection.

Claire Magruder is the Director of GO Studio, the internal creative team at GO, and has extensive background in creative and merchandising across the e-commerce landscape.
